The Maui Marathon Carbo Luau at The Westin Maui The Maui Marathon Carbo Luau (known as the greatest Carbo Luau in the world) sells out every year. We have kept the price the same as in previous years with the same standard of entertainment and hospitality. The Carbo Luau is set for 6:00 p.m. Carbo Luau Menu Price per person: $55 Salad bar: Kula greens with four vegetables, Italian vinaigrette and Balsamico dressing. Entrees: Penne pasta with Basil tomato sauce, bow tie pasta with Alfredo sauce (made with skim milk). Garlic bread, roasted red potatoes and corn on the cobb. Dessert: Oatmeal raisin cookies.
